About Booger: Booger spent his entire life living in Maine. He hunted bear and big cats. He started slowing down a little and that is when he was purchased as our "project" show dog. He has proven to be a very smart dog. He learned how to be a show dog in just a few training sessions and proved to be a very willing hunting dog. He was working on field trial and water race titles and toward his grand championship on bench and confirmation championship.
Booger had to be put down due to a sudden illness that caused his spleen to bleed into his abdomen. The vet said that it was not likely that he would survive surgery so we opted to end his suffering. We will very much miss our “boogie oogie”.
